Description

Eh, comfort zone... :meow:

Well, sometimes people ask me about Flare's left ear and what's wrong with it. Yes, this is my, author's idea. But it's still fine, even for feline.
And now I will introduce you to some breeds of cats that have strange ears too =)

American CURL
If you know me for a long time, you should know this is my most favorite breed! x'3
I also hope to buy a kitten somewhere around my Birthday, and you can help me with that c:
As for the breed, it's was appeared in
Lakewood (California, USA) in 1981 and these ears were the result of natural mutation. This cat is surprisingly intelligent, loyal and to the end of life keep her playfulness :la:

Elf
The new breed that was bred in USA only in 2006. It comes from the American Curl and Canadian Sphynx, therefore has quite a unique and funny appearance  Until now he has been studied little, but no exaggeration to say this cat have a wonderful personality, because his predecessor was American Curl ;D

Scottish Fold
The most famous and oldest breed of all represented here. The first kitten was found in Tayside (Scotland) in 1961As in the case of American Curl, her ears were the result of natural mutation. However, unlike Curl, Scottish ears cause trouble for breeding. Actually, this breed can only exist thanks to Scottish Straight. But if don't take this into account, Scottish Fold is completely healthy, nice and prudent cat - perfect for people who love the comfort of home Coffeecup

Poodle Cat
...or Pudelkatze, as her called in homeland in Germany, is a breed that bred artificially in 1994. Her progenitors are the Devon Rex and Scottish Fold,
but not only they participated in developing this breed. Due to the complexity of breeding Poodle Cat is quite rare and obscure. But, having absorbed the best qualities of her predecessors, it's just magnificent animal :з

Ukrainian Levkoy

Another new breed that bred in Ukraine in 2004. And another child of Scottish Fold and also Don Sphynx. Overall this is a very smartest cat that easy to train. Moreover he differ incredible kindness :aww:

And finally, I also note my Flare ;P Flare is an anthropomorphic caracal and my fan-character from the TV show «Duck Dodgers», who lives in the future. Actually even I'm not so sure why her left ear has bent, because her parents both had a normal straight ears. Maybe, as in the case of the American Curl or Scottish Fold, it's just a natural mutation, too. Whatever it was, this ear never created problems for her and hears the left ear as well as the right one.

So, I hope this pic has helped you make something clear~

P.S. Cats are awesome, take one home if you still don't have! ;З
P.P.S. Happy New Year! :dummy:

First off, I want to say that since you don't get that many critiques, I hope you like this one <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=":) (Smile)"/>
First, I really like how you drew the cartoon versions of the cats/kittens. I haven't heard of any of them, though. You can learn through art, and this shows proof of this- it answers a question some people ask about your character, and also introduces people like me to breeds we've never heard about before!
I also like the quality. It looks like digital a little!
Overall, great, great job for this. I really hope to see more of you.
